Minimum Qualifications: • Life and Health (L&H) insurance licenses are required, • FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and/or Series 7 license preferred but not required, • AHIP certification is preferred but not required, • FFM certification is preferred but not required, • 1+ years in an outside sales professional role is a plus, • Experience in Insurance with knowledge of different Insurance products, • Strong Finance skills with experience in investments, retirement, and financial planning are preferred but not required, • Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data, • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required, • Willingness and ability to prospect and network within the community to build a client base., • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude and willingness to be held accountable for results., • A desire for continuous learning., • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency., • Excellent communication skills consisting of oral, written, and listening skills., • Collaborative decision-making and problem-solving skills.
