Job Description Graphic Designer Full-Time ON-SITE – Sandy Springs, Georgia About the Role We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content across digital and print channels while leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output. This is an ideal position for a mid-level designer with 2-5 years of experience who is passionate about blending traditional design expertise with emerging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, website assets, and digital ads, • Assist in creating print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage, • Support the development of brand-consistent visual content across all channels, • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative briefs to life, • Prepare and optimize image files for web and print production, • Maintain organized design files and follow brand guidelines and templates, • Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, • Perform photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation using both traditional tools and AI-assisted workflows, • Stay current on design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices, • Explore and integrate AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, generative fill) into creative workflows to accelerate production and ideation Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience), • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition, • A portfolio demonstrating creative range and attention to detail, • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively, • Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI-powered design and creative tools Nice to Have • Experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools, • Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro), • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design fundamentals, • Experience creating content for social media platforms, • Interest in UX/UI design principles, • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E), • Familiarity with prompt engineering for visual content and AI-assisted creative workflows What We Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Opportunities for professional development and mentorship, • A supportive, creative team environment, • Exposure to a wide range of design projects and challenges, • [Additional perks: remote work flexibility, wellness programs, etc.] Serenity Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
