This position coordinates maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, vendors and contractors, building inspections, and renovation projects while serving as a liaison between residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and management. Using a non-judgmental, trauma-informed approach, staff guide residents to create and meet personalized recovery goals, to stabilize their mental health, to develop independent living skills, and to plan effectively to be able to live in a healthy and secure apartment in the community. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director provides administrative and clinical supervision. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the standards of regulatory agencies and of The Jewish Board. Work schedule may include rotating shifts and on-call service.
