Job Description Two Hands is a growing hospitality group known for vibrant food, strong design, community energy, and a modern lifestyle brand approach. With locations across multiple U.S. cities and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a Multi-Unit General Manager for two of our NYC restaurants in Williamsburg and Noho. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of our Williamsburg and Noho locations, ensuring hospitality standards, financial performance, and quality benchmarks are met. This role focuses on hiring, training, and managing teams, while driving profitability, and managing budgets of both restaurants. The Multi-Unit GM is responsible for both FOH and BOH operations, developing effective systems, and fostering a strong, collaborative relationship between teams. What You’ll Do • Operations & Guest Experience Create and manage systems to ensure that the restaurants are organized to achieve consistently high operating standards., • Team Leadership & Culture Oversee recruitment, training, development, performance management, employee relations, and benefits., • Legal compliance Implement and maintain systems to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws., • Financial Performance Execute expense control and cash management systems to meet business budgets., • Brand & Growth Uphold brand standards and maximize sales through supporting marketing initiatives and events., • Mission & Vision: Protect, evolve, and elevate the Two Hands brand through every guest interaction and all aspects of team leadership at the store level. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of management experience in restaurants similar to our concept, or in comparably fast-paced, high-volume, and innovative environments, • Ability to work with and implement direction from our corporate team, • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, COGS, portion control, invoice monitoring, • Mature leadership, teamwork, and people management skills, • Valid NYC Food Handlers Certificate, • Strong sense of punctuality and reliability, • Ability and willingness to lead, have fun, and work collaboratively, • A genuine love for hospitality What We Offer • Salary: $80,000 – $85,000, • Bonus: $10,000 paid biannually, based on profitability, cost control, and performance, • Benefits: $500/ month company contribution toward Health Insurance provided by the company, • Location: Split between Two Hands Noho and Two Hands Williamsburg, • Paid vacation time, • 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests when dining outside of work hours, • Positive, collaborative work environment, • Opportunity to grow with and support the national expansion of Two Hands, • Interstate management opportunities, • Moving stipend* Please include a cover letter, resume, and three contactable professional references from within the past two years or previous two management positions. *If moving is required to adequately fulfill the position, Two Hands will reimburse the cost of the move up to an agreed-upon amount that will be given within a qualitative timeline and if qualitative points are met.
