About the position of assistant manager As a future leader of Midas, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. About the position of service manager The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
