Job Description Job Overview: AdminaHealth is an industry-recognized leader in providing a SaaS Premium Billing solution supporting healthcare, insurance, and voluntary benefits. This is an individual contributor senior sales position responsible for identifying, qualifying, proposing, and closing New Business deals for AdminaHealth. This position will require you to leverage your knowledge and skills in the sales lifecycle, SaaS software & services, negotiation, and collaboration. Sales executives are expected to support the Sales team and Company leadership in achieving maximum profitability and growth, in line with the company’s vision, mission, and values. Generate leads via prospecting, channel partners, existing relationships, marketing, industry conferences and events, cold calls, and repeat buyers., • Position AdminaHealth’s billing, reconciliation, and payment solution and differentiate capabilities to potential buyers., • Set up demos and discovery calls with qualified leads and generate appropriate presentation material for opportunities., • Perform technical demonstrations of our platform tailored to prospects' needs and interests., • Achieve target quota and high renewal rates based on your sales expertise and customer relationship skills., • Identify opportunities, schedule, and participate in conferences, webinars, events, and partner meetings to create new opportunities for AdminaHealth., • Identify partnerships and relationships as part of our Go-To-Market and segment strategy., • Collaborate with Customer Success, Delivery, and Finance teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients., • Collaborate with Marketing on various campaigns, including follow-up and lead generation., • Maintain an accurate CRM system for all leads, opportunities, and contacts you are responsible for, including but not limited to current contract value, projected revenue, opportunity size, pipeline stage, and effective dates., • Participate in ongoing pipeline reviews and forecast reviews with the sales team leader, • Participate in pricing/win strategy sessions with Sales Leader and from time to time with the CEO., • Participate in CEO calls and status updates, as requested., • Identify new repeatable opportunities that surface as a by-product of sales activities (for example, Healthcare Provider Self-Insured), • Ensure compliance with all contractual items in line with policy, including NDA, BAA, MSA, Marketing Agreements, and Order forms. Ensure timely signatures, approvals (internally and client), and storage in the shared folder system., • Comply with all Company policies, professional standards, and expense policies at all times., • Conduct business according to Company values and professional expectations. This includes avoidance of any conflicts of interest and offers of personal benefits to prospects., • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: HR, Enrollment, Benefit Administration, Premium Billing, and Payments, • Experience successfully selling SaaS solutions in the healthcare, insurance, employee benefits or financial services industries, • Strong emphasis on client relationships, • Knowledge of competitive solutions serving the HR/Benefits marketplace, • Very strong oral and written communications, • Executive contacts with Brokers, Agency, Insurance, TPA, Payroll, and Benefit Administration for networking and lead generation, • Comfort with actively presenting to customers, including involvement with articulating business benefits during functional demonstrations, • Effective participation in conferences, both virtual and on-site, • Collaborative nature in teaming with other internal functional groups, including Customer Success, • Hands-on expertise with Hubspot (or similar CRM systems) and other digital tools, • Tri-state area location is preferred; other locations should consider applying as well, • Competitive Compensation including Commission Plan, • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Pet Insurance, • LTD, STD, and 401(k), • Generous Paid Time Off Policy, • Free Healthy Snacks, Office Meals, and Refreshments, • Onsite Gym Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer: AdminaHealth does not discriminate in any aspect of employment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, age, veteran status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local employment discrimination laws where AdminaHealth does business.
