Summary: We are currently hiring for the full-time position of Regional Infusion Center (IC) Manager for the Greater Georgia Area. This position is responsible for leading multiple infusion centers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of infusion therapy to patients suffering from chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide oversight of Daily operations and Clinical Infusion Centers Staff; Manage staff performance and scheduling for all Infusion Center locations., • Assure the quality of patient care delivered and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments as needed., • Collaborate with TwelveStone Medical director and supporting clinical staff to create the best practice policies and procedures (Ex. Protocol’s to manage adverse reactions, etc.)., • Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization and participate in scheduled Clinical Oversight Committee, Quality Assurance, and Profit & Loss meetings and maintain good relationships with referral sources and prescribers. Experience: 3 years of experience as a practicing as MSN required (Infusion Ctr, Oncology, ICU and/or ER setting preferred) along with minimum 2 years’ experience managing a clinical staff. Active CPR certification (BLS minimum) required; ACLS Certification preferred.
