What You’ll Do: • Safely transport clients to and from their healthcare appointments., • Provide compassionate and supportive assistance to clients during transit, ensuring their comfort and well-being., • Follow specific instructions for each trip, • Maintain a clean and well-equipped vehicle to meet our safety and hygiene standards., • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of clients and fellow road users., • Communicate effectively with dispatch and scheduling teams to coordinate appointments and optimize route efficiency. Requirements: · Must be 24 years or older • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record., • Background check and drug screening required., • CPR, Defensive Driving, and CTAA certification (or willingness to obtain), • Previous experience in non-emergency medical transportation is a plus., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Compassionate and patient demeanor., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
