We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with business clients
Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations
Identify new business opportunities and close deals
Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients
Requirements:
Must have a car (Frequent travel required)
Must speak Spanish (Bilingual required)
Must have experience in B2B outside sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $1,600 paid twice per month
Uncapped Commission for hitting sales targets
