Job Description Tour Operations Reservations Sales Agent for a well-established Tour Operations company in northern NJ. This is an in-house position. Business hours M-F-9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, rotating Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM with OT. The primary responsibility is to handle bookings and reservations for travel packages, tours, to Italy, Greece, Spain/Portugal and Hawaii. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to ensure clients have a smooth and satisfactory booking experience.
