Continental Siding is currently looking for a highly motivated individual seeking a long-term career, with the market's top home improvement company. Job Purpose: Continental Siding is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, detail-oriented individual to fill this position at our Independence, MO showroom. This person will have duties that include setting appointments over the phone and in person, being upbeat & positive, coordinating drive times between appointments, making reminder calls, corresponding with customers daily, and walking customers around the showroom to view color & style options. Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am- 6:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday 9 am-6:00 pm with alternating Saturdays 9 am -5 pm (The final Schedule, will be worked out with your Manager, 40-hour work week) Pay: $18.00-$20.00 an hour plus bonuses Benefits: • 401(k), • Dental Insurance, • Health Insurance, • Paid time off, • Vision Insurance Responsibilities: • Schedule free estimate appointments for customers, • Make reminder calls, • Enter appointment information in our customer database, • Walk customers around the showroom to view options, • Process payments, • Cover the Receptionist's desk during breaks and lunch, • Provide excellent, professional customer service at all times Skills: • Good verbal and written communication skills, • Professional personal presentation, • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, • Have good problem-solving skills, • Must be customer service oriented, • Must have great attention to detail, • Must be reliable and punctual, • Should be dependable, honest, respectful, and trustworthy, • Should be flexible and possess cultural awareness, • Ability to work as a team and individually Requirements: • Sales Experience is a plus, • Call center or Inside Sales Role, • Ability to deal with rebuttals over the phone, • Willing to work a flexible schedule with rotating Saturdays, • Dependable and trustworthy, • Positive attitude and culturally aware, • Must have a VALID Drivers License & reliable transportation, • High school diploma required, • Knowledge of MS Office and relevant software applications Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
