About This Role We're looking for a litigation attorney who understands that quality trumps quantity, that thorough investigation beats rushed filings, and that staying ahead of deadlines creates strategic advantage. You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team where deep case development and careful client selection aren't luxuries—they're how we operate. This isn't high-volume litigation. This is sophisticated federal and state court work where you'll handle everything from initiating class action investigations (like our recent Aspen Place Apartments condemnation case) to prosecuting complex individual matters involving yo-yo financing schemes, FDCPA violations, FCRA disputes, and elder financial abuse.
