Job Description Position Overview The Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance (who also serves as Chief Risk Officer) is a senior executive accountable for the legal, regulatory, risk management, compliance, and governance obligations of DataCT LLC in its capacity as the independent Administrator of the CT Plan. The role is the principal legal and compliance partner to the Chief Administration Officer and is responsible for protecting the independence of the Administrator function, managing related-party considerations with DataCT subcontractors (including DataBP LLC), and ensuring full compliance with the governance framework of the CT Plan. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role in a growing organization. The Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance builds and owns DataCT's legal operations, enterprise risk framework, compliance program, audit program, and regulatory engagement strategy, while advising the DataCT Board and the CT Plan Operating Committee on matters of independence, fiduciary conduct, and regulatory obligation. DataCT operates under the independence, governance, and transparency framework established in the CT Plan and the Administrator RFP. Ensuring rest rooms and all spaces on site are free of debris, dust, and dirt as well as maintaining sanitary conditions throughout the day. This includes removing and cleaning garbage bins, washing walls and surfaces, cleaning fixtures, toilets and washbowls., • Records, Supplies and Equipment: Responsible for maintenance of Infection Control Logs, playground safety logs, carbon monoxide/smoke alarm and fire panel logs; Keeping inventory of distributed sanitary supplies and requesting more when needed; Repairing peeling paint, play equipment, furniture and other repairs on site as needed; Assisting in moving heavy items throughout the site., • Daily maintenance of site health and safety: Responsible for immediately repairing hazardous conditions on site, such as within the classroom and/or playground, replacing lights; contacting New York City Housing Authority, if located at a NYCHA to place tickets on necessary repairs that require NYCHA maintenance. Report to the Center Director of any necessary repairs and conditions. Job DescriptionThe School Custodian provides custodial services at the assigned site; ensuring an attractive, sanitary, and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors. The School Custodian is an important part of the FLACS family, working to ensure the readiness of FLACS schools, under the supervision of the building's Principal, Head Custodians, and Network Supervisor who will provide an annual evaluation. Key Responsibilities: • Clean assigned facilities and/or grounds (e.g. classrooms, offices, gym, restrooms, multipurpose rooms, grounds, etc.) to maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment while adhering to maximum safety procedures., • Move books, files, boxes, furniture, etc., • Clean and sterilize all high-use areas to reduce the spread of bacteria and any other harmful agents., • Travel to nearby schools or warehouse/storage as required., • Perform maintenance of the building, such as drywall repairs; minor carpentry; classroom furniture; replacing light bulbs, & fixtures; painting projects; ceiling tile replacement; playground maintenance, athletic areas, grounds repairs; equipment audits, building inspections; safety issues, repairs; small landscaping projects; additional items as they arise., • Participate in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars to convey and/or gather information required to perform job functions., • Maintain exterior of the sites, including snow/ice removal, trash removal, etc. as needed, • Carry a handheld radio at all times while on school property if assigned by the Supervisor, • Follow federal and state laws, as well as company policies., • Report and assist with all emergencies as needed., • Perform other related duties as assigned.
