We are seeking professional, guest-focused Hotel Security Officers to support a hospitality property in the Denver Tech Center area. In this role, you will combine traditional security responsibilities with high-quality customer service and hospitality, ensuring overnight safety while maintaining a positive guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, observant, and comfortable working overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and security-focused presence, • Conduct routine patrols of guest floors, common areas, back-of-house spaces, parking garage, and exterior grounds, • Secure exterior and restricted access doors after hours, • Assist guests and hotel staff with lockouts, escorts, and minor requests, • Monitor for unauthorized persons or suspicious activity, • Support emergency response procedures as needed, • Enforce property rules and overnight policies respectfully and professionally, • Communicate effectively with site leadership regarding incidents or concerns, • Complete a Daily Activity Report (DAR) each shift, • Submit Incident Reports for any safety, security, or emergency issues, • Must hold appropriate security licensing in Denver, CO, • Prior experience in hotel, law enforcement or customer-facing security preferred, • Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills, • Excellent communication and conflict-de-escalation abilities, • Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional overnight, • $24/hour, • Consistent overnight shift opportunities, • Standing, walking, and active patrol required for extended periods, • Position is in-person at a hotel property in the Denver Tech Center area, • Open overnight availability (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) required
