Job DescriptionHiring Experienced Material Handlers to Join Our Team – Henderson, COPay: $25-$27/hrJob Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Material Handlers to join our team at a large-scale solvent treatment, storage, and recycling facility. This role plays a critical part in safely handling, processing, and documenting container waste materials. New hires will begin with day shift training (3–6 months) before transitioning to a third shift schedule (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM). This is a hands-on position suited for individuals who enjoy physical work in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist with receiving and processing incoming waste materials, • Decontaminate empty drums and containers, • Load and unload various container types, including totes, drums, tankers, and trailers, • Perform manual labor related to cleaning and decontamination processes, • Create and maintain accurate manifest documentation, • Ensure proper disposal of containers in compliance with RCRA and regulatory guidelines, • Maintain a safe and organized work environmentRequired Skills, • Experience in material handling and general labor tasks, • Knowledge of picking, sorting, scanning, and inventory management, • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and RF scanning equipmentQualifications, • High school diploma or GED required, • Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the following:, • Manufacturing or production environments, • Warehouse or transloading operations, • Oil & gas industry, • Airport tarmac or similar outdoor environments, • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Gmail and Microsoft TeamsWork Environment, • Outdoor, industrial warehouse operating 24/7, • Exposure to varying weather conditions, • Initial training on day shift (no shift differential), • Transition to third shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM) with a $2/hour shift differentialWhy Join Us?, • Clear career progression from Material Handler I → III → Distillation roles, • Stable industry with consistent demand, • Competitive benefits upon direct hire, including:, • 12 paid holidays, • 56 hours of sick time, • 3 weeks of accrued vacationApply Today If you're a dependable team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with us!
