Job DescriptionJob Description – Heavy Duty (HD) Products & Services Manager – US AffiliatePosition Summary The Heavy Duty (HD) Products & Services Manager is responsible for driving the overall performance (Tons) of the HD product and service sales across the US affiliate. This role leads the commercial development of partnerships, particularly with large non‑OEM key accounts such as SPD/IAM, Public Works, Agriculture, and Rental Companies. The position also steers the HD product and services strategy, analyzes market trends, and collaborates cross‑functionally to ensure continual growth in a technically demanding segment Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development • Drive HD products & services sales performance (Tons) across the US affiliate., • Grow partnerships and commercial opportunities with large non‑OEM key accounts, including SPD/IAM, Public Works, Agri, and Rental Companies., • Support field sales teams in prioritizing HD opportunities and developing the appropriate commercial approach.Strategy & Product Management, • Steer and deploy the HD product and service strategy (ANAC, TMI, pricing, range management, etc.) for the US market., • Assess competitor offers and contribute to shaping the US HD roadmap, ensuring alignment and execution., • Contribute to key initiatives such as Lub In The Box and HD Boosters.Market & Regulatory Analysis, • Analyze market trends, customer segments, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments—especially CO₂ emissions regulations., • Provide insights to support strategic decision‑making within the Business Unit and long‑term planning.Reporting & Performance Monitoring, • Build, maintain, and update all HD‑related reporting, including customer activity dashboards., • Support the Business Unit (BU) and Long‑Term Plan (LTP) processes for the HD segment in the US.Cross‑Functional Collaboration, • Work closely with:, • Sales & Technical Support Teams – to ensure proper resources, tools, and focus on HD opportunities., • TIP & ANAC Teams – to deliver market feedback, customer expectations, and product/service enhancement needs., • Marketing, Communication, and Training Teams – to increase HD visibility (online, offline, Rubia Workshop Centers, trade shows) and enhance technical skills across the affiliate.Required Qualifications, • Education: Bac + 5 (Master’s degree or equivalent)., • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Heavy Duty segment, preferably with management responsibilities.Required Technical Skills, • In‑depth understanding of HD engines, lubricants, and technical products., • Strong analytical skills for market, performance, and competitive analysis., • Knowledge of HD industry regulations, particularly CO₂ emission requirements., • Ability to manage product ranges, pricing structures, and technical service offers.Required Soft Skills, • Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management experience., • Leadership and the ability to mobilize cross‑functional teams., • Initiative‑driven, organized, methodical, and able to work independently., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Charisma and confidence to represent the HD segment internally and externally.Specific Knowledge Required, • Solid understanding of the HD industry ecosystem: fleets, workshops, rental sector, agriculture, public works, IAM/SPD channels., • Familiarity with technical services such as ANAC and TMI.
