Collaboration and Support • Serve as a point of contact for data and documentation-related inquiries., • Train employees on documentation standards, data entry requirements and document management systems., • Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation., • Support project teams by organizing project documentation and maintaining records throughout project lifecycles. Required Qualifications • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Management, Library Science, Records Management, or a related field., • 2-5 years of experience in data coordination, document control, records management, or administrative operations., • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint., • Experience working with databases, document management systems, or enterprise information systems., • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data governance, quality management, or records management programs., • Knowledge of document control processes in regulated environments., • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or document management software., • Certification in records management, document control, quality systems, or information governance is a plus.

The Medical Biller is responsible for accurately preparing, submitting, and following up on medical claims to ensure timely reimbursement while maintaining compliance with payer guidelines and healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of medical billing processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with insurance carriers, patients, and internal staff. Required Qualifications • Certification in Medical Billing, Medical Administration, or related healthcare field preferred., • Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred., • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of medical billing experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting., • Working knowledge of medical billing procedures, insurance claim processing, and accounts for receivable management., • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical billing software., • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications., • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding principles., • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and commercial insurance guidelines.
