Bang Cookies is seeking a passionate and inquisitive staff member to join our team. Although the ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of cookies and baked goods, experience is not required, but highly preferable. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high quality and consistency of our products and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of cookies, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards. Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ovens, counters, floors, etc. Quality Control: Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure the final products meet our quality standards. Inventory: Track and report inventory levels of pucks(frozen cookie dough) and supplies, and assist in ordering as needed. Teamwork: Collaborate with the baking team to ensure efficient service and product availability. Sales: Assist customers with selecting products, handle transactions, and process payments. Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner. Opening Store: Will have to follow procedures to open the store properly Closing Shift: Must close the store properly and clean thoroughly Qualifications: Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Customer service: Need to be able to provide exceptional customer service to all customers. Attitude: Positive and friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service. Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
