Staff is accountable to carry out assigned duties relating to the treatment and security of the residence and residents while following establish protocols and procedures approved by NJAC and the NJ Department of Corrections. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: • A Licensed Clinical Social Worker professionally applies social work methods and theory to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of psychosocial dysfunction, impairment, or disability, including mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders for individuals and groups. The main responsibility of a clinical social worker is to oversee the screening of medical records, conduct interviews and assessments and approve set treatment goals., • He/she shall have primary responsibility for assisting with the coordination of all psychosocial services under the general direction of the Clinical Program Director. Job DescriptionDescription: GBS is looking for a BCBA in Hackensack, NJ for 1 day per week with availability Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm. Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized interventions for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. This role requires the ability to recognize and discuss signs of autism, as well as an understanding of diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum and behavioral disorder. As part of an interdisciplinary clinical team, the BCBA collaborates with other professionals to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote skill development and improve quality of life for clients. Full-time BCBAs are expected to dedicate their professional practice exclusively to Graham Behavior Services and may not provide ABA therapy through other agencies while employed full time. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Uphold the YMCA of Montclair commitment to caring for individuals and families, with a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility., • Promote a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for children participating in child watch, • Ensuring all children are checked in by staff members upon arrival following department SOP’s and their records maintained on file for reference., • Engage and lead age-appropriate activities for assigned group of children., • Assist the children in providing for their physical needs., • Use initiative to play, read and interact with infants and children., • Adhere to policies related to boundaries with members, volunteers, staff, and participants., • Attend required Abuse Risk Management training and adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising members and participants., • Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations and follow mandated abuse reporting procedures., • Ensure members, volunteers and vendors are properly signed in and signed out, ensure only authorized employees, members, volunteers and vendors are allowed in the facility., • Following department SOP’s, sanitize toys at least once a day within accordance of DOH guidelines., • Communicate with leadership on duty as needed, • Supervise the overall play area, ensuring the safety of the children., • Familiarity with and ability to implement emergency procedures., • Clear and friendly communication with parents, explaining protocols, and how they will be communicated with if needed., • Conduct regular checks of first aid supplies and restock as needed., • Maintain a safe work environment, free of clutter, debris and hazardous conditions., • Report all accidents and incidents involving participants or staff to Leadership on duty and Family Director, • Perform all other duties as assigned. Job Description Work as a Sales Representative for Infrastructure covering multiples states under the direction of Regional Sales Manager - Infrastructure.
