Job Description All employees are lineworkers. As a lineworker you will be assigned to one of four areas based on the needs of the business: Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading Dock Duty. The position we are hiring for is assigned to Production Duty. The Production Lineworker position will help process donated merchandise in the production room to be sold on the retail sales floor. This position will be trained to perform various jobs assigned to the production department. Some of the duties will include cleaning the sales floor, sorting merchandise, hanging merchandise, and stocking merchandise to replenish the sales floor. This position will also perform other miscellaneous duties as needed by their manager during their scheduled shift. Our business model requires employees to be cross-trained in different areas of work so the daily labor demands can be met.
