Job Description The ICL PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) Program offers rehabilitation, counseling, therapeutic activities, and peer support each day to individuals living with severe mental illness. The Associate program director is a professional and administrative position with responsibilities for planning, developing, evaluating, and administering services as defined by the NYS Office of Mental Health for a PROS program. Job Description About the Role The Unaccompanied Alien Children Program provides temporary residential care and other supportive services to Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) who are under legal custody of the Federal Government. Working in collaboration with the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement, our program provides a safe and nurturing environment for 33 youth in a Basic Shelter program located at our licensed residential facility in Yonkers, NY as well as a Transitional Foster Care program for 40 youth in certified foster homes in the Bronx. In both programs, we provide therapeutic and educational services and other supports that youth need to achieve success through an array of strength-based and targeted interventions as well as link them with family members and/or other sponsors in the United States, so they are able to move forward with their lives and thrive. The case worker performs all case management services for 12 children in the UAC Program. Job Description Under the general supervision of the Program Director or Designee, functions as part of a team in a community residence providing client-centered, strength-based rehabilitation and recovery services to assigned consumers that relate to the care, nurturing, treatment, education, socialization, habilitation, recovery/healing and support of adults diagnosed with a mental illness and in some instances, co-occurring substance abuse disorder. Job Description Client Care Coordinator Supervisor PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE: Supervise the delivery of services provided by Client Care Coordinators (Social Workers) to enhance existing services to homeless families. This includes the completion of a thorough assessment, and the development and completion of a bio-psychosocial for each family upon intake, crisis intervention, counseling, client advocacy, and referrals to government and/or community-based resources. If needed, this individual will ensure that recommendations of achievable goals be implemented on each family’s service plan, leading to permanent housing, and strengthening the overall permanency outcome for clients in shelter.
