Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 12:30AM Duties/Responsibilities: • Material Management & Distribution:, • Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of materials to production pods, maintaining adequate stock levels to prevent disruptions in production., • Manage inventory across various software platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all data entries., • Validate and reconcile inbound material transfers from the warehouse and other departments, confirming correct quantities, color, size, and other specifications., • Inventory Control & Accuracy:, • Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain accurate documentation of all inventory movements., • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in material tracking, collaborating with relevant teams., • Ensure compliance with state regulations related to the storage and movement of raw materials., • Production Support & Waste Tracking:, • Track and document production waste, analyzing the data to identify patterns, trends, or anomalies, and investigate potential causes to minimize future waste., • Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to management and the production team to enhance operational efficiency., • Data Reporting & Analysis:, • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy, providing regular data reports to management., • Compliance & Documentation:, • Ensure compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and state regulations for material storage, tracking, and movement., • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in material handling and data entry., • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams., • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and basic computer skills., • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in material handling., • 2+ years of experience in inventory control or a manufacturing environment with responsibilities for inventory tracking and reporting., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems., • High School Diploma or GED required., • Ability to stand, crouch, and lift up to 60 lbs. unassisted throughout a standard workday., • Capability to work in a fast-paced production environment and perform physical tasks as needed.
