KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: * Strong knowledge of instructional best practices and the ability to lead others to implement these practices consistently across multiple schools and classrooms. * Knowledge of standard and innovative teacher training practice and considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and coordination methods as they apply to education program management. * Deep understanding of pedagogy and experience in using data to drive results. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, teachers and other school site personnel. * Ability to prepare clear, concise correspondence and reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. * Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
