Compensation Base Hourly Rate: $48.00 to $60.00/hour Benefits & Professional Development • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 6 paid holidays + PTO (80-120 hours/year based on tenure), • 401k retirement plan, • Professional Growth Investment:, • Student Loan Repayment Assistance: $200/month after 2 years, increasing to $400/month after 4 years, • CEU reimbursement ($300-$1,000 yearly based on tenure), • Additional therapy supply reimbursement (up to $200/year), • No weekend requirements, • Manageable caseload, • As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting students' occupational therapy needs. Your responsibilities will include:, • Conducting assessments to identify students' sensory, motor, and developmental needs., • Developing individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results., • Providing direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings., • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support., • Monitoring students' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed., • Providing consultation and training to teachers and staff on strategies to support students' sensory and motor needs within the classroom environment., • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required records.
