Role Description The Real Estate Agent is a full-time, onsite role based in Piscataway, NJ. In this position, the agent will represent buyers, sellers, and renters, guiding clients through property searches, showings, negotiations, and closings. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property tours, preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The agent will analyze local market trends, create comparative market analyses, and provide informed recommendations to support client decisions. The role also involves delivering responsive customer service, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, and adhering to all applicable real estate laws and brokerage policies. Qualifications • Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License and a solid foundation in Real Estate practices., • Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals., • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication and client relationship management., • Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property principles, local market conditions, and relevant regulations., • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in residential or commercial real estate, proficiency with real estate CRM and listing platforms, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends., • Reliable transportation, familiarity with the Piscataway, NJ area, and commitment to ethical and inclusive professional conduct are strongly preferred.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in residential and/or commercial pest management, a thorough understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols, and familiarity with operational service-routing and reporting systems. You will be responsible for inspecting properties, diagnosing pest issues, executing safe treatments, and maintaining accurate digital service records.Key Responsibilities Inspections & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough interior and exterior property inspections to identify pest infestations, entry points, and underlying environmental conditions. Treatment Execution: Apply appropriate, safe, and compliant chemical and non-chemical treatments (including general pests, rodents, and termites) according to state and federal regulations. System Operations: Utilize field service management software and digital tracking systems for routing, scheduling, customer notes, and compliance reporting. Client Consultation: Explain treatment plans clearly to clients, providing preventative recommendations and safety guidelines. Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain, clean, and secure company vehicles, application equipment, and inventory.Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of verifiable field experience in pest control operations. Licensing: Valid state Pest Control Operator / Technician license (or the ability to transfer/obtain promptly). Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated experience navigating and utilizing field service technology, digital scheduling platforms, and reporting applications. Compliance: Strong working knowledge of safety standards, chemical labeling, and local/state environmental regulations. Driver's License: Clean driving record and a valid driver's license. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
