Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing an array of different projects to achieve a refined brand presence in all corporate and partner showrooms. This position will manage logistics of all orders and shipments necessary for showrooms and other department-related requests, including monitoring, tracking, and providing confirmation of receipt. Other responsibilities include assisting with planning and coordinating showroom installations and creating product rotations. There may also be a possibility to travel and visit key showroom partners. This hands-on role provides operational support to the Director of Visual Display & Strategy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manage the process of creating, proofing, ordering and shipping product tags, wing tags, and other brand identifiers to all showrooms for collection launches and throughout the year. · Manage new pricing roll outs and distribute new tags appropriately. · Assist with organizing and merchandising products for new showroom openings. · Assist with pack up for showroom moves and taking inventory when needed. · Process all orders for showroom refreshes including monitoring tracking, and communication regarding delivery. · Process and monitor trim sample replenishment orders for display walls in showrooms. · Assist with managing wallpaper peg sample inventory until depleted. · Assist in creating rotations for new trim peg wall layouts. · Partner with TFF department for orders of Furniture that are for showroom display and logistics of pickup and delivery. · Format, print and ship Thibaut Fine Furniture tags for pieces on the showroom floors. · Assist with High Point Market show prep and follow up as needed. · Maintain an organizational structure for record keeping for the visual department. · Maintain the organization of the marketing closet and other storage maintenance. · Support corporate strategic initiatives and other tasks as needed. · Provide project updates to supervisor &/or appropriate departments. · Other duties as assigned. Department: Finance Salary: $80,000-$85,000 Location: Union, NJ Work hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Position Overview: Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Finance Team, The Budget & Financial Planning Analyst supports the overall mission of Bridgeway including affiliates by playing integral part in the setting up Budgets and operation of financial and reporting models, dashboards, and analytical tools. As an organization consistently driven to make decisions based on data, this position will be part of the team that supports much of the analyses and reports upon which decisions are made and enterprise-wide goals are achieved. This necessitates supporting not only Finance but other critical operating teams at Bridgeway and its affiliates. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for financial planning, projections and analysis for Bridgeway with similar coordinating responsibilities for our Affiliates. Accountable for forecasting future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects and programs. Must have a strong understanding of information systems as they relate to data exploration and retrieval, and provide analysis to project future results, drive strategic initiatives and recommend policy and operational improvements. Budgeting: • Prepare and post necessary journal entries for revenue and expenses on a monthly basis as part of the financial close process, in coordination with the Controller., • Coordinate with Program Directors to obtain their input for the annual budgets for their programs., • Maintain and update program budgets, including making revisions in Sage Intacct, to support meaningful financial statement analysis and ensure financial reports reflect accurate budget information. Financial Reporting: • Make necessary Journal Entries for revenue and expenses on monthly basis for closing, • Prepare and Reviews monthly Financial Reports prior to distribution to CFO and Directors, • Assists directors in navigating/analyzing their financial statements Financial Planning Analyst: • Analyze program activities by collecting and monitoring financial and operational data and developing financial models to support informed decision-making., • Develop and refine key business metrics and drive robust analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, while evaluating possible alternatives and recommending appropriate actions, • Works closely with finance and program leadership in the development of dashboards, reports, and workflows, and provide input and strategic support in the ongoing integration of systems and data management, • Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; scenario analysis; recommending actions to executive and operational management, • Guide cost analysis processes by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining analytical and business processes and techniques, • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and through comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and execution, • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools, • Other duties as assigned Other Skills: • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level and operational management Requirements Skills and Qualifications • Experience in financial modeling and forecasting, FP&A, business integration, analytics preferably in a healthcare corporate (HQ) environment., • Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow, • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (SQL, Access, Microsoft Dynamics GP, dashboard applications)., • Strong financial modeling experience with the ability to view the “bigger picture” Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, • Advanced degree is a plus, • 2-5 years of relevant, demonstrable, analytical experience Driver’s License, Vehicle: • Valid driver’s license required, • No more than one moving violation within the past 12 months, • Vehicle required Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services was founded on a strong desire to fight disparity and injustice alongside people living with behavioral health conditions.
