Job DescriptionDescription: Job Summary: The Case Planner is responsible for ensuring the safety, permanency and well-being for children placed into foster care with Seamen’s Society. Working alongside the family in partnership, the Case Planner is the lead on all service planning activities. As a key member of the service planning team, the Case Planner facilitates the family’s plan through direct intervention and coordination with other providers and team members.
