Requirements Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant management with a focus on Caribbean or Dominican cuisine. Demonstrated banquet experience and familiarity with catering operations. Strong supervisory skills with experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced environments. Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food service management principles. Expertise in inventory management, control procedures, and cost optimization strategies. Solid background in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and dietary department protocols. Ability to lead by example with excellent cooking skills and a passion for authentic Dominican flavors.
