Job Description This internship provides a hands-on learning experience for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in construction management, architecture, or engineering. Interns will gain valuable exposure to curtain wall, window wall, and façade systems while working alongside industry professionals. As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will support project managers and engineers with documentation, coordination, and site-related tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop essential project management skills while gaining firsthand experience in the construction industry’s workflow. Responsibilities • Assist in organizing and reviewing project documents, including shop drawings, submittals, and structural drawings., • Support the tracking of project schedules and timelines under the guidance of project managers., • Participate in design and coordination meetings, taking notes and following up on key action items., • Help coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track material orders and deliveries., • Conduct site visits to observe progress, take photos, and assist in compiling project reports., • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining logs, and ensuring project documentation is up to date., • Learn and use project management software and tools relevant to construction coordination. Qualifications • Availability for at least 2 days per week., • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities., • Willingness to learn and take initiative on assigned tasks.
