    Job Summary: As a Sales Associate at Total Wireless, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers select the right wireless products and services. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Your enthusiasm, sales skills, and dedication will contribute to the success of the store and the overall brand. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, identify their needs, and provide personalized assistance to find the best wireless solutions. Product Knowledge & Demonstration:Stay informed about the latest devices, accessories, plans, and promotions. Demonstrate product features and benefits to educate customers and facilitate purchase decisions. Sales & Upselling:Actively promote and sell Total Wireless plans, devices, and accessories, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and warranty services using POS systems., • Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
