Duties Deliver expert barbering services such as straight razor shaves, beard trimming, and grooming consultations Help open and close the shop. This can include clean up and making towels. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all stations in compliance with health regulations. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of salon practices Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques including straight razors. Exceptional communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively Demonstrated ability to lead store operations, manage appointments, and oversee retail sales processes Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to hair care Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering outstanding customer service Pay is dependant on skill level. Can start at 200 plus ability to earn an extra hundred in tips easily! English is a must! Commission only available to the highest skilled applicant.
