Job Description The Production & Pricing Specialist supports both contract and full‑service (retail) customers through fast, accurate quoting and hands‑on order management. This is a customer‑facing role that blends estimating, product knowledge, and project coordination in a high‑volume production environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands apparel decoration—or is eager to learn quickly—and can confidently guide customers toward the most effective production methods while maintaining speed, accuracy, and margin integrity throughout the quoting and order process. Responsibilities • Generate accurate and timely quotes for contract and retail customers, with a target turnaround of within 2 hours, • Recommend appropriate decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, patches, etc.) based on project scope, budget, and timeline, • Identify and flag potential production issues early, including artwork limitations, garment compatibility, and placement considerations, • Manage retail orders from initial quote through production handoff, • Communicate directly with customers to clarify specifications, timelines, and expectations, • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Production, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution, • Maintain pricing accuracy while protecting margins across all quoted work, • Utilize internal systems and tools to track quotes, orders, and customer communications, • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow‑throughEssential Skills, • 2–5 years of experience in apparel decoration, print production, estimating, or a related field (or strong ability to learn quickly), • Solid understanding of decoration methods or willingness to build technical knowledge rapidly, • Ability to interpret artwork requirements, including vector formats, placement, and basic production constraints, • Strong customer communication skills with confidence working directly with clients, • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment, • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset, • Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines without sacrificing accuracyAdditional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience in screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or apparel production environments, • Familiarity with pricing, quoting, customer accounts, and order management workflows, • Experience using tools such as QuickBooks, Shopify, InkSoft, or CRM systems preferred, • Comfort working in high‑volume quoting and production environments, • Strong margin awareness and cost‑conscious decision makingWhat Success Looks Like in This Role, • Fast quote turnaround times without compromising accuracy, • Confident, informed decisions on decoration methods and production feasibility, • Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams, • Consistent pricing accuracy and margin protection, • Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep work flowing without bottlenecksJob Type & Location, • Full‑time, onsite position, • Based in Reno, NV, • Reports to Operations, with day‑to‑day support from Customer Service leadership This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
