Discover Spokane's vibrant downtown, scenic riverfront parks, and outdoor adventures in the Pacific Northwest while making a difference in healthcare. • Estimated Weekly Salary: $1930 - $2070, • Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/1/2025 – End: 3/2/2026), • Healthcare Setting: Medical/Surgical ICU (MS ICU 2S), • Nursing Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00 – 19:00), every other weekend required, • Hours per Week: 36, • Patient Ratio: 1:2, • Charting System: Epic, • On-Call: Not required, • Floating: Required between adult critical care and telemetry units, • Orientation: 24 hours, • Scrub Color: Any color for RNs, • Parking: Free on-site, • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience in high acuity settings, • Active Washington or Compact RN license required, • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI*, NIHSS, TNCC*, • Epic charting experience preferred, • Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills, • Ability to float between critical care and telemetry units, • Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years, • Completion of required modules prior to start, • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to ICU patients (adolescents, adults, geriatrics), • Manage multi-system medical/surgical and neuro/trauma diagnoses, including ventilated patients, ICP monitoring, CRRT, and post-TPA care, • Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, administer and monitor procedural sedation, and provide ventilator management, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (IV, RT, PT, pharmacy, social services, and more), • Float to adult critical care and telemetry units as needed, • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EHR GHR Healthcare - Travel Division Job ID #424187.
