We're looking for compassionate, skilled, and professional Massage Therapists to deliver personalized bodywork and therapeutic treatments in our serene, alpine-inspired spa. After long days on the slopes, our guests seek restoration-and we rely on our massage team to provide expert care that leaves them feeling renewed, recharged, and ready for more. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, and other specialty treatments as qualified., • Customize treatments based on guest needs, preferences, and physical conditions., • Uphold a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor that enhances each guest's wellness experience., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment between sessions., • Consult with guests prior to treatment to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes., • Recommend follow-up treatments and promote retail wellness products as appropriate., • Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience., • Keep general spa areas clean License/Certifications - CPR AED First Aid, Licensed Massage Therapist Technical - Basic computer, smart phone and applications understanding helpful but not necessary. Physical Capabilities - On feet for up to 8 hours a day. Bending over, lifting up top 25lbs, walking stairs, navigating from parking to spa during all weather and seasons. Additional - Hours and days can be dynamic. Though we try to keep our schedules as consistent as possible, some of our times during the lighter seasons will vary. Education/Related Experience: Minimum education required - High school diploma/GED LMT training & license Minimum time in related position - 5 Years
