Job Description High-End Residential Carpenter – Montclair, NJ We are among the most prestigious contracting companies in NJ with a reputation for quality, professionalism, and craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a skilled, full-time carpenter who is proficient in all phases of construction, including: • Framing & finish carpentry, • Cabinets, doors, and windows, • Tiling, painting, and spackling, • General repairs and punch list work, • Familiarity with all phases of residential construction Requirements: • Own van and full set of tools, • Legal work status in the U.S., • Speaks fluent English, • Able to work independently and take initiative, • Willing and able to learn new tasks when needed, • Must replace or purchase tools promptly if missing or broken This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that values excellence and accountability.
