Our studio is led by master teacher Tim Welch, a dynamic teacher and singer with over 20 years of teaching experience and a YouTube channel with over 197K subscribers! The studio teaches a diverse range of musical styles and students in a combination of virtual and in-person formats (in-person lessons are taught by the instructor at Tim Welch Vocal Studio, 76 S Orange Ave LL06, South Orange Village, NJ 07079). Job Description Under supervision of the Program Administration, the Program Director ensures quality care and oversees the functions of the 200 bed MICA population shelter according to DHS regulatory and accreditation requirements. This individual is responsible for the oversight and implementation of care and resources for the purpose of meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of clients. The Program Director provides supervision to the intake services and works with the Director of Client/Social Services to develop, implement, track, report, and evaluate measurable outcomes.
