Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred., • 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role., • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, inventory management, and relevant software (e.g. ERP systems, Microsoft Office)., • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities., • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations., • Forklift certification and experience preferred. Working Conditions: The position may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
