Job Description Behavioral Health Manager Position Summary: Under the direction of the Program Director, the Behavioral Health Manager serves as a practice leader and staff coach, strengthening Atlas HOPE staff's engagement with participants, their response to crises, and their application of evidence-informed behavioral strategies in real-world settings. This is not a clinical caseload position. Instead, the Behavioral Health Practice Manager partners closely with Coaches and program leadership to observe practice, provide feedback, deliver training, and support consistent, trauma-informed engagement across the program. The Behavioral Health Manager adheres to the program model prescribed by United Way of New York City and works collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Clinical Supervisor has clinical and administrative responsibility for a residential program unit, under the supervision and direction of the Director.
