Understand patient medical condition while in care, 5. Monitor patient’s condition and response to treatment while assisting in transport to the hospital, 6. Administer cardiac life support, cardioversion, pacing, IV insertion, medication administration, advanced airway insertion and defibrillation, 7. Operate emergency vehicles with due caution, 9. Maintain proficiency with operating emergency vehicles and follow state traffic laws and regulatory requirements, 10.
