Position Summary The Community Supervisor manages one or more of the agency’s residential homes, overseeing all operational, regulatory, and fiscal responsibilities. The Community Supervisor leads Life Plan meetings, supports person-centered services, and acts as a liaison between families, advocates, and service providers. Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, and compliance with agency policies, as well as participation in program development, hiring, and evaluation. The position requires 24-hour on-call availability to address urgent needs and ensure continuity of care.
