As JOE & THE JUICE continues its rapid expansion across the United States, we are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Regional People Business Partner to support 50-60 stores across our West Coast markets (CA, WA, TX, IL) and serve as the primary People partner to Operations leadership. Reporting directly to the Sr. Human Resources Manager, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to District Managers, Market Managers, and Regional Operations leaders while helping build scalable people practices that support the continued growth of the U.S. business. This position represents an opportunity to influence business performance through people strategy while helping shape the future of one of the fastest-growing food and beverage brands in the industry. What you'll do • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to operational leadership., • Build strong partnerships with District Managers, Market Managers, and Regional leaders., • Translate operational priorities into people strategies that improve business performance., • Utilize workforce data, turnover trends, engagement metrics, and talent insights to influence business decisions., • Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability initiatives., • Lead talent reviews and succession planning discussions across the region., • Identify high-potential talent and partner on development plans for future leaders., • Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, team effectiveness, and leadership capability., • Support the execution of leadership development programs and talent initiatives., • Lead complex employee relations investigations and workplace matters., • Partner with leaders to resolve employee concerns in a fair, compliant, and values-based manner., • Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action, and terminations., • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws., • Partner with Legal and HR leadership on escalated matters and organizational risk., • Support organizational growth and change initiatives across the region., • Drive adoption of new people programs, processes, and operational initiatives., • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability., • Partner with leadership teams during periods of transformation and growth., • Champion JOE & THE JUICE's culture and values across all markets., • Support initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and employee experience., • Analyze turnover and engagement trends and implement action plans., • Partner with operational leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams. What you bring • 3–5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience., • Experience supporting multi-unit operations across multiple states., • Experience supporting retail, hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, or other consumer-facing industries., • Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience., • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence operational leaders., • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws., • Experience utilizing workforce data and business metrics to drive decision-making., • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout assigned markets. The Long-Distance Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and overseeing multi-state moving operations across the United States. This role balances customer service, driver leadership, safety compliance, and workforce optimization to ensure efficient, on-time moves in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule long-distance moving crews to maximize workforce efficiency and job coverage., • Communicate daily with drivers, foremen, and helpers to provide direction, support, and issue resolution., • Monitor job progress, timelines, and restrictions to ensure operational efficiency and compliance., • Prepare and manage all required documentation, including bills of lading and contracts., • Maintain accurate progress reports and operational records for all long-distance moves., • Make safety-conscious decisions and document incidents in accordance with company policy., • Optimize workforce assignments based on skills, availability, and company rules., • Coach, support, and retain high-performing drivers through consistent leadership and feedback., • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve operations and retention., • Balance the needs of customers, drivers, and the business to deliver excellent service outcomes. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in the moving or transportation industry is preferred., • Minimum 2 years of long-distance planning across the country and dispatching is desirable., • Proven experience leading and managing teams., • Working knowledge of federal and multi-state DOT regulations and moving laws., • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced, time-critical environment., • Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills., • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to change., • Flexibility to work extended hours, including Saturdays, as business needs require., • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
