As a Practice Coordinator at One Medical, you will be the onsite lead and support your practice team members in delivering the highest quality and best experience to our patients. You will be responsible for championing best practices with our patients and team members to ensure the practice runs smoothly with a focus on operational excellence, active daily management, scheduling, inventory management, and facilities management. The Practice Coordinator is the subject matter expert on workflows and processes and serves as the practice team’s main point of contact for daily clinical operational oversight. Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to take ownership of the HVAC and heating systems across five well-maintained facilities. This position includes trouble shooting and maintaining 30 HVAC units, monitoring high and low side of compressors, changing compressors and contactors as well as relays and fuses. This position includes maintenance of FVD units and the motors, and dampers and actuators on all units. This position is an opportunity to manage preventive maintenance and make a measurable impact on facility operations. ABOUT YOU You are a dependable, skilled HVAC Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting complex commercial systems, working independently, and taking pride in preventive maintenance—not just emergency service calls. You'll be responsible for maintaining approximately 30 commercial HVAC units, hot water boilers, Building Management Systems (BMS), and related mechanical equipment in a stable, year-round position. Job Description Ice Technician – The Rink at Rockefeller Center 2026–27 Season | October–Early Spring Overview SPS is seeking dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented individuals to join the operations team at The Rink at Rockefeller Center. As an Ice Technician, you will help maintain the quality, safety, and presentation of the ice and surrounding venue while supporting smooth day-to-day rink operations. This hands-on role is primarily responsible for operating the ice resurfacer, completing ice maintenance, monitoring conditions, and keeping the rink and adjacent areas clean, safe, and guest-ready. Ice Technicians may also assist with general Skate House responsibilities and light repairs involving lockers, facilities, rental skates, and other rink equipment as needed. The Rink is a seasonal cold-weather operation that runs rain or shine throughout the demanding winter. Candidates must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in cold temperatures and changing weather conditions, including rain, snow, and wind. A portion of each shift may take place on or near the ice; an insulated winter jacket and vest will be provided.
