Job Description Urgently Hiring We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Training Manager to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our In-Home Sales Representative. This role will be critical in enhancing the sales team's skills, ensuring they excel in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving their sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Training Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on effective sales techniques, including the “one visit close” strategy, tailored for the In-Home Sales Representative., • On-the-Job Training: Conduct field training sessions, providing hands-on guidance and support during in-home appointments to reinforce training concepts., • Performance Assessment: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales personnel, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement., • Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the General Manager to align training initiatives with the overall sales strategy and objectives., • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques into training sessions to ensure the sales team remains competitive., • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance the team’s skills and confidence in the field., • Resource Development: Create training materials, manuals, and resources that support ongoing learning and development for the sales team., • Document all disciplinary actions and conduct PIP if needed., • Train representatives on effectively managing in-home appointments scheduled from qualified leads, emphasizing that there is no cold calling involved., • Provide guidance on how to accurately determine the scope of work, provide estimates, and deliver solutions to homeowners in need., • Educate reps on executing top-notch customer service, managing remediation crews, monitoring job status, and maintaining clear communication with customers, company management, and insurance carriers., • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training or sales management, preferably in in-home sales or related fields., • Training Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs that drive performance., • Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on quick closes and customer engagement., • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others., • Adaptability: Ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and adapt to changing circumstances., • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and follow-ups effectively., • Dental, Vision Insurance, PTO and 401k match, • Company vehicle with fuel card
