RN nurses work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are responsible for rapid assessment, stabilization, treatment, and coordination of care. Key Responsibilities: • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs., • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions., • Ensure patient safety, maintain infection control, and provide compassionate, high-quality care., • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
