This role supports young people to achieve and maintain pretrial compliance while offering a range of youth focused services, such as incentivized work programs, to support early intervention and long-term success in the community. This role demands flexibility, creativity, relatability and persistence to effectively connect with young adults. The Youth Clinical Case Coordinator will build meaningful relationships with participants both in the office and within the community, meeting them where they are and providing services that open new opportunities. In this position, the Youth Clinical Case Coordinator will work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement innovative strategies for youth engagement, such as group activities, field trips, and tangible incentives. Fieldwork within the larger NYC community is a key component of the role, as is the ability to work closely with young adults to empower and support their growth and success. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will join a 16-person Marketing & Development team, raising approximately $15 million annually from individual donors, foundations and institutions, corporate sponsors, and government to support our free programs in New York City parks. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and supporting the Manager of Corporate Partnerships, the Coordinator will support a portfolio of approximately $3.5 million in corporate giving. The position will work with corporate partners in all CPF program areas (arts, sports, environmental education, and community building), with a deeper focus on our SummerStage festival and It’s My Park corporate volunteer program. The role will also coordinate the day-to-day management of corporate donors, cultivate and increase corporate support, develop proposals and presentations, broaden awareness of corporate opportunities, and develop and activate a cultivation plan to grow corporate partner support for CPF.
