The Body Shop Technician is responsible for repairing all assigned vehicles. Damaged vehicles should be restored to pre-accident condition, following the written repair order. The Body Technician plays a key role in delivering on our Collision promise of speed, quality and customer satisfaction. Repair Planning: Approaches repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process. De-trims and disassembles vehicles, putting parts on parts carts. Performs pre-pulls to make repair vs. replace decisions. Parts Procurement: Assists in identifying and sourcing parts as necessary. Hours and duties may vary depending upon specific circumstances and will be handwritten and initialed into this employment agreement., • Responsible for overseeing all cleaning duties by clients., • Responsible for cleaning anything that have not been completed by the clients., • 3pm-11pm, • Supervising and assisting the individuals in the house with menus, food preparation, housekeeping, personal care, laundry, and other activities of daily living., • Planning and coordinating appropriate leisure, social and daily living activities in the residence and in the community. This includes transporting the individuals to and from their destinations. These activities also include shopping trips and medical, dental, and mental health appointments., • Assuming responsibility for the individuals in the house during the day when they are unable to attend the day program (e.g. for illness, inclement weather, etc.). The supervisor will make every effort to arrange coverage, however, the final responsibility rests on the residential staff., • Meeting deadlines and completing all necessary paperwork. This includes quarterly reports, monthly reports, fire drill records, attendance records, weight charts, house receipts, daily logbook, etc., • The Residential Worker shall be trained by Real House, Inc.s APN and will carry out the duties of Medication Technician (9am-3pm) During this shift the House Manager is considered on call, however remaining on the premises is typically not necessary. Being on call requires that you leave information with your supervisor as to where you may be reached.
