Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the office’s diverse needs and functions, including greeting and assisting clients, helping to facilitate the referral and eligibility process, and providing administrative and logistical support to all BJI programs. Classification The Flex Guest Ambassador is a regular, part-time position which is non-exempt, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act. This role will be eligible for overtime for work that exceeds 40 hours per week; however, all overtime must be approved in advance by the role’s supervisor. Schedule The Flex Guest Ambassadors are scheduled to meet the needs of the business. This is a flexible position with no guarantee of set hours. It is possible for a Flex Guest Ambassador to be scheduled 0 - 24 hours based on their base availability. Please keep in mind we make every effort to schedule flex guest ambassadors weekly. However, those hours could be reduced if the business slows down. Shifts can range from 4 - 8 hours. This role must have the availability that is documented at the time of job offer. What you’ll do: • Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer., • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to attain individual revenue targets, providing a luxury customer experience reflective of our high-quality product, • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience., • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries., • Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions., • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with your leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and your sales performance., • Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security., • Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area., • Use our ERP system to manage your tasks and communicate cross-functionally., • A passion for the customer.
