What We Are Looking ForWe are looknig for a Maintenance Manager for our Fairless Hills Terminal.What You Will Do1. Ensure the maintenance team has required tools, parts, and resources to perform their job effectively and safely2. Support the Operations Manager when implementing systems, schedules and procedures, and communicate these initiatives to the maintenance team3. Bolster morale on the maintenance team by providing comprehensive training, and recognizing the individual and team accomplishments4. Ensure all individuals receive compliance training5. Develop and implement a safety-meeting for maintenance and actively participate in facility safety drills6. Oversee all contractor work on site to ensure the contractors comply with facility standards and procedures7. Diligence maintaining paperwork and records, while following written procedure8. Inspect completed jobs for quality assurance9. Respond to unplanned operational and maintenance events10. Plan and budget maintenance activities to work within the O&M monthly budget11. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work process12. Diagnose operational problems and recommend corrective action13. Work with the management team to establish goals, priorities, and expectations, and to help develop the action plans and strategies for accomplishing them14. Develop and maintain Preventative Maint Program14. Perform other duties as required by Management15. Mobile equipment, conveyor, and crane maintenance experience15. Experience implementing and executing a maintenance plan16. Experience leading a maintenance teamComputer skills including Microsoft Office applicationsWhat You Need EXPERIENCE / SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:10 years management of fleet construction equipment, cranes, heavy-duty trucks or mining equipment with relevant equipment OEM in application or product support. Comparable work experience with relevant equipment OEM in application or product support. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Diploma or Certificate of Completion from an accredited Vocational / Trade School for automotive, Truck, Diesel Engine or Heavy Equipment Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) requiredMust possess and maintain a valid drivers license and driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurersMust be able to obtain and maintain a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card) COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Mechanical aptitudeMust be able to demonstrate proficient skills in Microsoft Office applicationsMust be able to learn and become proficient in the use of computerized maintenance management systemsMust be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisor(s), focus attention on details, follow work rules and adhere to work schedulesMust have strong communication, leadership, employee management, organizational and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and goal setting skillsMust have strong mathematical and analytical skillsMust have the ability and skills to develop and write Maintenance Procedures, Technical Bulletins and Specification Requirements as relative to Maintenance Selection and Care of Mobile and Fixed Equipment PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to physically inspect heavy mobile equipment and cranes which will require climbing and crawling as needed.
