Key Responsibilities Knowledge To attend and complete all compulsory training sessions within the allocated time To create delicious food according to the Beatnic standards in an efficient and safe environment To always follow the production sheets as per the store training manual and reference table provided To maintain the equipment and machinery to Beatnic standards To view the store from guest perspective and clean as you go To ensure sufficient stock of all food, drinks, packaging and utensils at all times Service To provide speedy, efficient, professional and knowledgeable level of service at all times. Personality is KEY! To ensure stock rotation and follow ‘FIFO’ To be hands on and present at all times during service To serve guests efficiently, politely and always with purpose. To report any complaints and comments immediately to the manager To be able to communicate with confidence about all food and drinks we serve Team To lead by example and support your fellow Team Members at all times – FOH and BOH work as one Team To maintain the highest possible standards of personal hygiene and following correct uniform standards at all times To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned and be present at work Passion To be able to produce all food items to the highest standards To be flexible to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible And remember to have FUN – smile and maintain a positive attitude at all times whilst on your shift and check us out at
