This role involves providing care to high-acuity patients, including trauma, burns, and critical care emergencies Responsibilities • Shift: Nights | 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts), • Unit: Surgical ICU – Trauma Neuro Surgery (32 beds), • Additional Units: Medical ICU (36 beds) + 12-bed Overflow ICU, • Patient Ratios: 1:2 or 1:1, • Scheduling: Self-scheduling; weekends required (minimum every other weekend), • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, • 3 years of recent ICU experience, • Must have trauma, neuro, or specialty device skills, • Required Testing: UNA Dysrhythmia Exam (must pass within 24–48 hours prior to acceptance; max 2 attempts), • Experience in Neuro or Cardiovascular ICU Travel Requirement Travel to client locations is required for this position and may vary based on project needs.
